WeatherMax is manufactured by Safety Components Fabric Technologies, Inc. in Greenville, SC.
WeatherMax employs advanced UV technology and solution-dyed SaturaMax yarns to maintain its
rich color and dimensional stability for a minimum of 5 years, and after a long service life,
it can be entirely recycled. It will not sag or become unsightly from age, rain or exposure.
Breathable WeatherMax fabric also eliminates mold and mildew growth, and unlike traditional frbrics,
it features an innovative HydroMax finish instead of coutings that are harmful to the environment

Sur Last
Sur Last is manufactured by Glen Raven Mills in Anderson, SC, trusted makers of Sunbrella products.
Sur Last is made of 100% polyester with colors and UV inhibitors added while in its solution state.
Sur Last is 7.5 oz per square yard, it has a urethane coating which adds stability to the weave and
gives excellent water resistance. It will not sag or become unsightly from age, rain or exposure.
Sur Last is highly mold/mildew resistant, non-abrasive to gelcoat and other popular marine finishes
and it is highly tear and abrasion resistant. In comparison to Sunbrella, Sur Last is light weight

Do T-Top Boat Covers have a warranty?
WeatherMax has a 5 year manufacturers warranty and 1 year for labor.
Sur Last has a 3 year manufacturers warranty and 1 year for labor.

What colors are available?
We offer two colors, Navy and Black. These colors cover a wide variety of boats. By offering
only two colors, we are able to purchase larger quantities of material which saves money. We
then pass these savings on to the customer. Custom colors are available at an additional
30% charge.

Why don't you use Sunbrella?
WeatherMax and Sur Last were chosen because they are lighter weight which allows for easy
1-person installation, they also folds up into a smaller area. Sunbrella is much heavier
and will stretch if water is allowed to puddle or pocket on it. WeatherMax and Sur Last
covers hold their original shape even if water puddles or collects on them.

What if my T-Top Boat Cover doesn't fit my boat?
If there is a special reason why your T-Top Boat Cover doesn't fit your boat, contact your
T-Top Boat Cover representative or the dealer you purchased it from. There are some cases
where the cover may need to be customized. There is also a 30 day return policy to ensure
your complete satisfaction. May be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Can I travel with the cover on?
T-Top Boat Covers are not designed for trailering, they are made for storage. While the
high manufacturing standards we employ may prevent any damage to your cover during travel,
doing so will void your warranty.

On which side is the zipper to enter the boat?
The zipper is located on the Port side. Notify your dealer or sales representative if a
starboard zipper is needed, in some cases we may even be able to provide you with a zipper
entrance on both the port & starboard sides. Check with your dealer or sales representative
for availability and pricing.

How does the cover fasten at the bottom?
T-Top Boat Covers have a drawn rope that ties off at the bottom of the port side zipper. One
inch webbing straps are positioned around the bottom of the cover for tie-downs to the trailer.
These tie-downs are not included with your cover.

What if my Center Console Curtain doesn't fit my boat?
Call us first and we'll determine if you need a smaller or larger size. Ship it back to us and
we'll ship you a new replacement. We'll even pay for UPS ground shipping.

Can I travel with my Center Console Cover on?
No. We use a lightweight fabric which will not handle the constant wind at high speeds. We
recommend that you not travel with it because this will void the warranty.

Which side is the zipper entry on?
We have placed a zipper on both the port and starboard sides of the Center Console curtain, near
the helm seat.

How does the Center Console Curtain fasten at the bottom?
Tie down loops are sewn to the bottom of the curtain to allow tie down straps or bungee cords to
attach to the T-top frame or helm seat. You can also use our sandbags with lifejacket clips
to help hold it down if necessary.
